I loved this book until the end. It was well-paced and plausible throughout. Good twist and the writing is tight (when it wasn’t a little simple). I don’t mind that the kid didn’t get the girl, but the end — in general — was unsatisfying. It felt rushed or clueless and I would have rated it higher had I liked the ending more.
